Miscellaneous Photos, October, 1998

These two photos were taken in October, 1998, in Fremont and San Francisco. The film used was Fuji Superia 400, camera used was a Canon EOS-1 with an EF28-70/2.8L lens.

The train photo was taken in Fremont (Niles Canyon) and the flower photos were taken in the Strybing Arboretum, Golden Gate Park, San Francisco in October, 1998. The film used was Fuji Reala 100, camera used was a Canon A2E with either an EF28-70/2.8L or EF70-200/2.8L lens.

Scans were Photo CD by Kodalux.

Thumbnail images are 128 X 192 scans.
Second images are 256 X 384 scans.
Third images are 512 X 768 scans.
Largest scans are cropped from 1536 X 1024 scans.

Digital manipulation:

Contrast and density modifications were kept to a minimum
Sharpening was used only on selected 1536 X 1024 croppings.
no other digital manipulation was employed.
