This table is only partially completed and I will continue to update it as I am able. The prices listed are in US dollars except as noted by the catalog name. If there is a price range, this indicates that the product comes in different sizes and is priced according to size.
The prices are listed to match up with the product they correspond to. For example: Nickky cover (cotton, poly and waterproof lining) would have three prices listed in the price column, matching up to the three styles/materials, respectively.
The entries for the first 22 are complete, meaning, if they do not have a website or email listed, the companies do not currently have one available. The last 14 entries (beginning with Mommy's Little Helper) are incomplete and will be updated in time.
